VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand harvested and softly crushed. The must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, a small quantity (20%) in wooden barrels.
AGING
After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees for five months.
COLOR
Brilliant light yellow.
AROMA
The nose is pure with lovely herbal notes, lemon grass, physalis and a hint of wild strawberries.
PALATE
The palate is fresh and juicy with delicate, creamy texture, elegant fruit and long, mineral finish.
