History: This elegant daiginjo is made by the Nakao Brewery, using a proprietary apple yeast the brewery cultivated in the 1940s. This daiginjo is delicate, soft and clean, showing hints of green apple. It should be served chilled and paired with salads, grilled chicken, and sushi.
Tasting Notes:
Hints of crushed sage on the nose, spiced apple on the palate, finishes with a supple satin texture.
